Our Story

Although we are first generation maple syrup producers, Paul has been involved with other maple farms since he was five. He started producing maple syrup for himself in 1990, and has been very active in the maple community ever since. Colleen started making maple candy for wholesale customers in 2007. Our retail store in November of 2012, where you will often find Paul and Colleen working alongside with their daughters.
