I use this to make maple butter, raspberry jam, and as a sweetener in many dishes. I give a lot away as gifts to people who are good cooks and it always gets positive feedback.

The taste is all you would expect, but its consistency sets it apart. Has a moistness akin to brown sugar, not dry and dusty like some other maple sugars I have tried.
