Product Overview

Palmer Lane Maple - 100% Pure Vermont Maple Syrup

We take great care to boil our pure maple syrup long enough to let the maple sugars caramelize to provide the distinct maple flavor.

Not Sure which flavor of Maple Syrup to Choose?  Below are the four designations of Grade A syrup in Vermont

Golden Color with Delicate Taste - (formerly Vermont Fancy) - the lightest in color and maple flavor. We use this to make our famous maple candy - over 14,000 lbs in 2013!!!.

Amber Color with Rich Taste - a wonderful maple flavor and amber color. Great for pancakes, waffles or ice cream.  Our BEST SELLER!

Dark Color with Robust Taste - a pronounced maple flavor and darker hue. Excellent for cooking but still great for pancakes and all around use. Our DARK and AMBER syrups consitently wins Awards.

Very Dark Color with Strong Maple Taste  - Darkest syrup with a strong maple flavor. Use this for baking, cooking or your favorite foods. This is an excellent grade to use for the maple syrup diet or master cleanse diet. This is a favorite of many of our customers.  If you like a strong maple flavor, this is the syrup for you!

Just love Palmer Lane Maple Syrup and the Amber is great on waffles in the morning! We also love their Maple Cremee's and every time we are in Vermont we can't wait to have one! Thank you for the tasty maple treats as well. Happy Spring!

Excellent Taste for Cooking and with Pancakes!

I specifically bought this grade for making Baked Beans and it worked really well. Next time, I would like to try Grade B, as I think a more deeper flavor would work better in Baked Beans. The Dark Amber Grade is a good in-between grade for both cooking and pancakes/waffles!
