Golden Color with Delicate Taste - (formerly Vermont Fancy) - the lightest in color and maple flavor. We use this to make our famous maple candy - over 14,000 lbs in 2013!!!.
Amber Color with Rich Taste - a wonderful maple flavor and amber color. Great for pancakes, waffles or ice cream. Our BEST SELLER!
Dark Color with Robust Taste - a pronounced maple flavor and darker hue. Excellent for cooking but still great for pancakes and all around use. Our DARK and AMBER syrups consitently wins Awards.
Very Dark Color with Strong Maple Taste - Darkest syrup with a strong maple flavor. Use this for baking, cooking or your favorite foods. This is an excellent grade to use for the maple syrup diet or master cleanse diet. This is a favorite of many of our customers. If you like a strong maple flavor, this is the syrup for you!

We had the pleasure of visiting Palmer Lane while in Vermont to see my son and we refuse to use any other syrup. The taste is unmatched and we get nervous when our supply runs low...needlessly, it seems - because we get our order in a matter of days. The customer service is outstanding and we always enjoy the personal note with our delivery. We can't wait for a return visit!!

I grew up in New England but moved to Colorado several years ago. We always order from Palmer Lane because they have the very best syrup. There’s really nothing that compares and we’ll keep ordering year after year. Wish we could pop by for a creamee... maybe next summer.

The best thing about buying syrup here is that when you ship it the syrup arrives safely and my friends love getting this Vermont gift. and the maple creamees' well nuf said!

I first bought the syrup when I stopped in for a creamee, thanks by the way for having gluten free cones! I live in MA, so when that syrup ran out I ordered online. Very fast service, and really appreciated the hand written note on my invoice thanking me for the purchase! Highly recommend this product and company.

We first tried the Very Dark syrup this past September when we stopped into your shop in Jericho for creemees. Wow, what a delicious, complex flavour. Every other syrup grade pales (haha) in comparison. As long as you keep making it we'll keep buying it. Thanks!
