Our Maple Cream is pure maple goodness, concentrated into a jar! We make it by boiling pure maple syrup to remove more of the moisture, rapidly cooling the thick syrup, and stirring for that wonderfully smooth frosting-like consistency.
Pure, rich and creamy. Gluten, wheat, and dairy free. You can spread it onto pancakes, toast, muffins, donuts, or eat it straight out of the jar! This is the smoothest, most delicate cream you can get. We use it on our famous donuts if you are lucky enough to get some.
One of our favorite ways to enjoy this maple treat is to spread it on toast. For an exceptionally delicious snack, put maple cream on one piece of toast and peanut butter on the other and make a sandwich - yummy!

I live in Florida, but visited Vermont several years ago where I discovered Palmer Lane maple cream. When I first bought it, they offered a cinnamon maple cream, which to date is by far the best I have ever tried, but even the plain maple cream is outstanding. I have tried other makers, but this is still my favorite.

Deal with the owners (UVM grads) and they provide such great service, super fast shipping. Couldn't be nicer people. Always include an extra treat which we save for our grandson who has food allergies and must be careful what he eats. Most appreciative.

Maple creme is one of the most wonderful sweeteners ever. That produced by Palmer Lane is well worth the price. A warning though--it is hard to take just a little, it is hard to stop.

Been having maple cream on my raisin cinnamon muffins everyday for years. Had been getting another brand but they stopped making it so I was so glad to find Palmer Maple. Have been getting it from them for two years now. Ordering is quick and easy and they ship immediately. Colleen always adds a nice note and a sample of their other products.
