Our Maple Cream is pure maple goodness, concentrated into a jar! We make it by boiling pure maple syrup to remove more of the moisture, rapidly cooling the thick syrup, and stirring for that wonderfully smooth frosting-like consistency.
Pure, rich and creamy. Gluten, wheat, and dairy free. You can spread it onto pancakes, toast, muffins, donuts, or eat it straight out of the jar! This is the smoothest, most delicate cream you can get. We use it on our famous donuts if you are lucky enough to get some.
One of our favorite ways to enjoy this maple treat is to spread it on toast. For an exceptionally delicious snack, put maple cream on one piece of toast and peanut butter on the other and make a sandwich - yummy!

I order this product regularly from Palmer Lane and have never been disappointed. The quality of the maple cream is exceptional. Over the years I have purchased maple cream from many places and this is by far the best. It is consistently perfect in texture and taste. The service is also outstanding. Shipping is quick and easy. Maple Grove stopped making their maple spread and had maple withdrawal until I found your maple cream through the UVM gift email. Like the cream better than the spread. Please don't stop making it! Have it every morning on my English muffin. Thanks for the maple sugar candies included with the order. Such a treat. We'll be regular customers as my wife loves the maple drops which she couldn't find for a long time. Gives an extra boost of energy on hikes and x-c skiing.
