Best base seasoning for BBQ/Smoking I have ever found. Gives you a good foundation and you can spice it hot or mild as you like. However straight up is where I recommend you begin.

This is my "Go to" prep for salmon fillets, a favorite in our house. Sprinkle it on nice and heavy, and under the broiler. It's awesome:))

This is a perfect seasoning for pork, chicken, fish, shrimp or roasted vegetables! It's a great blend of mildly sweet and savory and the sugar caramelizes nicely. We will always keep it on hand. Excellent product! Ordering was easy and shipping was fast and well packaged!
